HOW IT WORKS
 

Due to the lack of chefs with stones (and sometimes just lack of time) we are collecting all competing chefs into a single group with one ingredient. The dish, and how many they make, is up to them, but each will be judged separately.

Once you tell us would like to participate, we will forward you the secret ingredient URL.

To avoid any food allergy complications, email us with the name(s) and ingredients of your dishes so we can have menu cards ready. So far the only problems we are aware of are with nuts (except cashews), dairy products (lactose), onions /shallots (but leeks are OK), and coconut. We will keep this list up to date as guests email us with their limitations.
